I bought this at the same time I bought the actualy DMC-ZS7 camera as a replacement in case I go somewhere and I run out of battery life. I read the reviews and was scared about ordering it, so I got it from Amazon directly so I knew I could return it if it came down to that.

I was happy and surprised to find it identical when it arrived. I charged it and put it in the camera to make sure it worked and it sure did!

I just wanted to let everyone know that, since I seem no reviews at the time about if Amazon's worked or not.. it worked and was identical.

I use it in the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7.

The Panasonic DMW-BCG10 is the designatd battery for the Panasonic Lumix ZS-7 which is a great camera.
I bought extra batteries for an overseas trip, and they performed well and charged quickly! Most importantly, Amazon carried this battery, while other on-line supliers did not.

Contacted Good As New Electronics and they assured me that the battery they had was the one as pictured. DMW-BCG10PP is on the battery that came with my DMC ZR1 camera and is the same as the description (DMW-BCG10 ID Secured Battery). Panasonic site showed the same description. Came in new and exactly the battery I needed. I always look at the negative reviews to see if there is a pattern in the complaints. I then contacted the seller and voila was reassured about the correct model number and that it was an original equipment manufacturer new battery. No problems and at a good price. Very pleased.
