The market can be a dark place, but there is no legal work. It's like having the best chance to catch a
In the current era of the wafer thin sections employment, layoffs and hiring freezes, get a new job can seem like a daunting task. But despite a difficult market no doubt there are still opportunities out there and there are many ways to ground.
The obvious starting point is a recruitment agency, of which there are many costumes ranging from humans to international giants. A good recruiter will help shape a lawyer (often dusty) CV into something more flexible and objective, will handle negotiations with potential employers and can advise you on the options of a candidate may not have considered.
Those who want to travel between the companies in the city can fill for large agencies, which tend to be a number of lists of large companies' preferred suppliers means that -. With one or two other agencies - be the first to learn about new features, but do not exclude the clothing store, but also to make these lists and sometimes exclusive relationships, especially with specialized companies and companies
But how recruiters to register? Perhaps the most surprising recruiters say more than one. Sinead Kinsella Flanagan Ziegler, a boutique recruitment firm, reported a "multi market approach ', adding:" Gone are the days when you could sign up with an agency and have a long list of tasks to choose. "
- also useful to create a profile on job sites. Flanagan suggests setting aside a block of time each week to the online job search, "and not just look at the legal job boards, job sites such as Monster.co.uk total and also legal documents especially in American companies. "And as more and more companies post jobs on their own sites, we recommend you to check your work pages.
Bullock was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time when a job is released a few months later, the call was received. He explains that "every company wants to hire the best possible candidate. If there is no work, so be it, but it's worth getting your name out there if you are serious about running. "

team Paul Lambert could not get quicksand in the Premier League?
If Doug Ellis were still in charge, it is fair to say that we know what would have happened now. The knock on the door of Paul Lambert would come in the morning after the night before. And when I say night, I mean the game Bradford instead of ignominy that followed Millwall. Men tend to enjoy substantial wealth not shown in public. Lawyers who have been notified. Lambert was then escorted to the exit, their possessions packed in a Jiffy bag.
apparently intentional, but the

really worth gritter motorway rubbed salt in the wound wide open when he announced Randy Lerner finished fifth in the annual reports of the newspaper rich list Wednesday. Aston Villa supporters were certainly happy to learn that the owner increasingly difficult to realize that the club had added another 300 pounds for his fortune, taking their personal value to ? 1.1 billion, while trying to make sense of how the city of Bradford, puddles and potholes League Two, left knees.
This raises the question of whether Lerner should still count as expenses when you Brummie more or less ran Villa by remote control from a place in Manhattan and it is difficult to find someone can be sure that when next is to visit us.
Millwallwas not the last Friday of the season a test of basic ineptitude threatens to leave England's second city, and who still like to recover, without a team of first division the first time in a quarter century. He was at Villa Park to see the debacle against Bradford and incongruous vision of a fourth division team celebrate in front of a stand where the two levels are divided by the comments Brian Moore carrying a banner from the end of 1982 Cup, Europe: "...! ... Shaw Williams ready to venture to the left there is a good ball played in for Tony Morley Oh, you must be And it is Peter Withe"
Historynow. Memories of another century.
Usually Villa supporters might be able to take a kind of perverse pleasure about the crisis that has gripped the city of Birmingham and its owner, Carson Yeung, has had its assets frozen by before his trial in April in Hong Kong for his alleged involvement in a money laundering case.
ProblemsBirmingham navigate a path to pay the following question put to the House, in its context. The team of San Andres is on sale at discount prices before the end of the transfer on Thursday. The club has rejected an offer of ? 6m from Southampton last summer, Jack Butland because they appreciate about twice that amount. Now accept ? 2.5m. Twenty players are out of contract at the end of the season. All but three of the 29 companies in the abandonment of the Premier League in 2011 were freebies, loans or short-term agreements. It's a mess that could very easily lead to League of weed filled a parking lot next season.
Villa, however, are not able to
schadenfreude
. All football browse at your current address. Your manager does not use stress as well. The crowd stirs, near rebellion, but retaining for the moment. All signs are in place for a fall waiting to happen and this, remember, is no longer the era of yo-yo club. The chain is broken, if you look at Bolton, Blackburn and Wolves, for example. Throughout last season relegated, all now in the bottom half of the Championship.
MostFirst, there is this feeling that Lerner has left its interest in the club slide since those early days, when he talked a good game and showed their commitment to the lion rampant, drawn from the club crest tattooed on his half-right.
His last appearance was the 3-0 defeat at home against Wigan four days after Christmas. Nobody sees Lerner having a pint in the pub these days Holte. The club became the secret of their programming, like when Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is going through one of their most elusive. Nobody seems to know if Lerner at Villa Park Tuesday when visiting Newcastle meets both sides stray dangerously close to total collapse.
Presumably he would resist any claim for the loss of interest and give the time came, there was a ? 200 million investment before it ceased to come to the table and brought a new strategy built largely Development Academy players.
may also indicate the total wage bill in 2010-11 was ? 25 million higher than Everton, and there are only three clubs - Manchester City, Chelsea and Stoke - Villa in the table above net transfer spent over the last five years.
However, Villa have made their worst start to a season for 43 years and has been clear since if you stay tuned really a message had to be absorbed before it reached the stage damage sought irreparable.
Currently, four days of the transfer window closed noise, it has already reached that point. Who, really, do not be surprised if now Villa, once confidence in pieces, could not get quicksand in the Premier League?
This does not mean that the only antidote when a club is in trouble is to write another check. It can help, however. Villa is the fourth from the bottom, with the worst defense in the league and 19 goals in their 23 games. Reading less directly below them, a certain degree of dynamism. Wigan have repeatedly shown that they understand the spirit of unity that is required for an achievement at the end of season escape. QPR same show glimmers of recovery.
But Lerner said nothing. The

- thing was pathetic. In his post, Lambert could be wiser to curry favor with the local newspaper instead of spending by Sir Alex Ferguson.

not the first time, the settings tactics as Thomas Schaaf bombed Bremen suffered their worst home defeat in 25 years
"I'm a terrible mood today," said Thomas Schaaf did for an interesting change in the other 364 days of the famous manager and good humor Werder Bremen is German exhilaration personified, always jumping unbridled joy and full of cracks jokes. But the 51-year-old, to be fair, had good reason to feel a bit down on Saturday night. Your team can be thankful not to revoke the license of the Bundesliga in the count to be unfit for use underground after a 5-0 at home to champions Borussia Dortmund.
was their biggest defeat in the Weserstadion since losing 7-1 to Borussia M?nchengladbach in 1987. Schaaf played in the game as defense, alongside such luminaries as Rudi Voller, Rune Bratseth and Norbert Meier. "I am angry," he said after beating the champions, with a face like an Arctic mountain. "Team is angry. Angered by the situation on the game performance."
Schaaf had to be a little angry against himself, too, but this is not the last 13 years on the job, admitting his own ineptitude. After 28 goals in shape and lose seven games before the winter break, most of the Bundesliga attacking mentality (ie chaotic defensive) coach was there to prove a point to the skeptics and groupies-Guardiola: -4 to Change 1 4-1 enthusiastic a 4-2-4 system with Clemens Fritz and the second midfield and no real progress No9. We left a gift - for less than 10 minutes, until Marco Reus laser-guided free kick into the net. Nine minutes later, Mario G?tze deflected shot ended the game as a contest. More than three goals in the second half of Felipe Santana, Robert Lewandowski and Jakub Blaszczykowski is the reward contempt of superior black and yellow absolute. Their transition game, especially perfectionists levels have reached their projections of the Champions League, perhaps for the first time in the league this year. "It was a great night for us, we want to continue in this direction," said J?rgen Klopp, who had spent most of the winter training camp in Spain focuses on the direct combination in the middle of the field.
In contrast, Werder had a lot of possession (54%), but nowhere to go in the third. "We only have 25 years to 20 meters in front of their goal," said midfielder Zlatko Junuzovic. "I felt as if there was nobody in the box for us." There was. Nils Petersen, the so-called master plan Messi Schaaf (or striker Kevin De Bruyne was false Who can tell?) I had no idea where and how exactly is supposed to work. Schaaf When voltage returns to normal and in no case greater 4-1-4-1 in the 57th minute, Dortmund were just playing with the hosts. "We should have scored more goals," said Ilkay Gundogan.
"It was not tactical, it was to get the basics wrong," he said Schaaf later. "It is a mistake to blame the defense. If we had been better in the head, the defenders would have been under a lot of pressure. " This is undoubtedly true. But the days when his team dominated the opposition and regularly threatened to emerge as the second force in Bavaria German football after feeling like a bygone era. Gradually, Werder fell in the hierarchy, to the point that sees Kicker "is a gray mouse" (losers) in the Bundesliga.
The defeat left 12 in the table and low on confidence. "Everything went in the toilet today," said the out of shape, position, and probably soon out-of-the-team captain again, Fritz. Poor Werder Finance Schaaf avoid seeking solutions in the transfer market, so the improvement came from within. His great talent in the front edge should review them in contention for a place in the Europa League, but another defeat in the derby against Hamburg weekend next, with Schaaf pointing again to more players could darken the mood. veteran director of over Bundesliga has always supported the Pooh. "We found a great, no discussion," said Advisory Board member Willi Lemke. He stressed that the club was "full transition" and "100% supporters" were behind the coach, too. You can not be sure of the squad however. "Tactics? Manager responsible for it," said goalkeeper Sebastian Mielitz with an air of desperation. "We must find together as a team and implement what is required." And that, in short, is a problem at this time Werder.

Sky Man Maintenance of a cardboard cutout of Pep Guardiola before the match on the bench, the players (including members clearly baffled Greuther F?rth) have been bombarded with questions and Jupp Heynckes Pep became so angry against all the hype that Pep was moved to declare: ". I'm the boss here "Unfortunately, the media have had a little more to sink your teeth in a regulation 2-0 after the new guys in the arena thanks to goals from Marko Allianz Mandzukic. Heynckes has done his best to control the situation, insisting that he had decided not to renew his contract, but Uli Hoeness was closer to the mark when he revealed that the 67-year-old, "were probably asked to continue" if Bayern had really tried. Instead, you have to hunt with acute Guardiola watches over breakfast bagels in New York. "Everyone here is crazy," admitted Hoeness. Bayern's players seemed relatively unfazed, however. "Name Pep Guardiola has nothing to see here until June 31, one minute after midnight," said Thomas M?ller, invent your own personal calendar in the process. Well, they say that the clocks run differently in Bavaria .
- The league leaders obviously not spent enough on the ground, so they were in action on Sunday. A squad of almost all of the force took Aachen in a charity match in the Tivoli stadium. 31,600 fans came and 500,000 has been raised to the third division club. Alemannia have fallen on hard times and need another 1M to stay afloat until the end of the season. "We have enough hats for everyone to take," said the head of Aachen grateful Uwe Scherr.

leaves the direction of a new challenge. Here she discusses her career and asks: Is there ever a good time to go?
It feels very strange and unstable to me that we are entering a new year. 2013 (July) will be the year I retired from 17 years of leadership. It took a few years for my mind and agree with my decision. Then I had to tell my governor and my colleagues. I did in September, when we returned to school and I thought it was just to give them as much information as possible. However, the prologue to invite to my birthday party 60 years in early October (invitations in July) so they can solve the sums. They knew what would happen. I left it until after mid-October to tell students and parents.
Why should I? I turned 60 in October and will be almost 61 when I leave. I was chief for 17 years and think it's time to let someone else have a chance. I'm not tired or exhausted or disappointed until I just think it's time to go to something new. I wondered if the government force me to leave and the answer is no. Although we hate everything that this government represents, especially in education, I would never allow myself expelled. Those who know me, know I like a good challenge and I would really like to sit outside, but it would not be good for my school and frankly, that's all that matters to me. I hope you still involved in education and make my opinions heard what I'll do.
I've never been a frontrunner. By that I mean I've never been to a school in another pursuit of the next promotion. I became a head because he was bullied as a member and had to leave one way or another. I decided to go to the station and show that he was a model of leadership that was necessary or desirable, and I've been there ever since.
We are in the midst of a renovation BSF and I will not be here to see the finished product. In fact, I moved into my new office, which has windows (those of you who have visited my office know that over the last 16 years has been a bunker), but unfortunately, you can actually discover or come walk until the next August - when I'm gone, because the area is used by the manufacturers. But it does not matter, my head was not in an office or building pathetic loser. It must work with the children and the staff very big working hard to make learning interesting.
- When is the right time to exit? When we have the wind in their sails and I was credited with turning around the school or after a notice to improve? There have been ups and downs, I've lost count, it is not surprising that after nearly 17 years. We never have traffic and expected a good Ofsted inspection on our next will happen sometime in the next two quarters. It will be difficult in the final structure (s), but we will fight tooth and nail to get the results they deserve. The fact is that there is never a good time to go and I must make a point to make.
- So what did I miss? It's easy. These are the people, the staff, children and governors and parents and colleagues in local government and across the country working with us. I'll miss the challenge and the fun and the home of hormones that permeate my school of 1,200 adolescents. I will miss working with my amazing team managers and senior high school in our Isle of Dogs collaboration.

rich benefactors are easily entertained? And are those that require the cheap seats?
cough, SMS, and whispers sweet talk of the means by which the public can affect performance. But viewers may also have an impact on the atmosphere by the amount of money they pay? It was the playwright Polly Stenham intriguing suggestion, when I interviewed last week for Front Row.
We talked Tuesday morning, the day after previewing at the Royal Court in London in No Quarter, which - after 2007 Tusk Tusk That Face and two years later - completes a trilogy of works on the informal relationship between children and parents physically or mentally absent. Stenham noted that there was less heat and the laughter of the audience than in previous shows, and attributed this to the fact that on Monday night at the Royal Court offers a reduced access ? 10 per ticket. Stenham felt - and the actors who have been in court indicates otherwise agreed - that people are often more cautious and ten pounds more demanding than other groups, somewhat difficult to impress
This first I was surprised because the theory behind discounted tickets regimes - including the National Theatre Travelex price reduction seasons now costs ? 12, ? 10 and the positions offered by now the Michael Grandage West End - is attracting new or casual viewers, and the usual rule of negotiation is that bargain hunters have less right to be choosy about the products. It would be a brave dinner on a night's rest in a nice restaurant, continued to send food in the kitchen and the wine sommelier.
And Stenham raises the more general question of whether there is a general correlation between the entry price and responsiveness. What happens, for example, viewers who have paid the highest price for the "premium tickets"? They have spread from London to Broadway in a sort of imitation of train and airplane systems class (but with the difference that the design and seat position is exactly the same as when they were less expensive).

This decision will sulk Pep Guardiola Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich please their senses and stability in intensity
In Barcelona a story about Frank Rijkaard last season at the Nou Camp when it became clear that something had to give. A training match was organized against Barcelona B next to the Mini Estadi and ended with the reserves, led by Pep Guardiola and playing in the third division of Spain, the execution of the irregular first team. For Rijkaard, eagerly pulling a cigarette, which is a shame. At one point, a member of his coaching staff approached Guardiola on the bench. Please message was to relieve a little.
Guardiola This is the day when he realized the importance of disorder near Barcelona. Ronaldinho, limp and disinterested, which lasted only 10 minutes. Deco was not much better. Shortly after, the Barcelona as the first opponent after Real Madrid won the title. This meant the ignominy of having to train

Since then he has shown he is a class manager and performance and is easier to understand if Chelsea fans who have moments of insecurity now Bayern Munich was chosen as its next destination life. Guardiola delivery Barcelona football butterfly beauty. He did it with grace and dignity, and perhaps Roman Abramovich can now have a better idea of ??the human tendency to want to structure and security in their lives. Chelsea owner is not particularly pay attention to what the rest of us think, but it was close obsessed with Guardiola, and the choice of the Bundesliga, the most in demand in the entrepreneur actually we distinction that someone is not being immersed in a culture of short-termism and layoffs at a distance.
Guardiola rejected Manchester City is probably more of a surprise given the size of the transaction and the identity of the men who make advances or Ferran Soriano and Txiki Beguiristain, frames former Barcelona working on behalf of the royal family of Abu Dhabi.
Silvio Berlusconi, president of AC Milan, already public with the information that the city had control of the negotiations because of the well placed "friends" Guardiola was in the club. OK, there are large holes in Berlusconi's reputation as a teller of truth, but to use a high old Sir Alex Ferguson, this time there may have been a little pasta in the sauce. Key figures Chelsea had confided that felt the same way. FYI, in mid-December, is that Guardiola away from them and to promote the city, where he was considered an update of Roberto Mancini. Chelsea, in other words, have never been blind to the fact that Guardiola could push their approaches. I just had the wrong club in mind.
City to have a manager in place with enough going for it that many fans find unpleasant position to be exposed in the first place. Chelsea is in a very different place. If the experiment was working Rafael Benitez, the simple solution would be to make the arrangement permanent. But obviously not the case. The joys of beating Aston Villa and Stoke City soon exhausted in the dark side draws at home to Fulham and Southampton and defeat the bottom of the table QPR.

Benitez tries to bring some sense of order in a club where the players know that this is a temporary measure and people are just a step or irrelevant substitution away from unpopular following riot. It's a mess, and now Guardiola is withdrawn from the market would be madness, surely if Chelsea are not fully explore the possibilities to convince Jose Mourinho again.
would be difficult, because it is always with Mourinho, but the position of Chelsea has certainly softened to the point a couple of years, when it would have been unthinkable. Abramovich, like most men of wealth severe, has not the habit of firing people, then rehire them a few years later from a position of weakness, but I think he spent much time and energy to Chelsea let them continue on this path without a rudder. More than anything, Mourinho is still the closest thing in football for a guaranteed success, regardless of the accompanying policy. Unaware of what today would be a terrible error of judgment on the part of Chelsea. There is also a serious risk that one day return to Stamford Bridge Mourinho as manager of Manchester United.
As for Guardiola, the

columnist described as the possibility of Bayern "loose" probably underestimated the level of ambition in Allianz Arena. It is true, however, that trying to get the better of, for example, Ferguson would have shown us more about its ability to transfer its qualities among the different countries.
Despite his brilliance, Guardiola inherited a club containing Messi, Xavi and Iniesta. It was an exciting time, once they had eliminated Ronaldinho and other dressing and vague, it is true that there was something so exciting artistic and seduces everyone. "I will not forget where the description of" women want to be with him, men want to be like him "was coined," writes Graham Hunter

", but it fits perfectly Guardiola as the size of a 30 inch pants still unlikely, snake hips up to the age of 41."
To hear some of my colleagues think that was erased from history that Guardiola left Barcelona in a season where he finished nine points behind Madrid. Some questions remain, about how it was cut, citing the effects of scour your workload, in his fifth season. The business person, but you can tell him, but it was a gesture unorthodox.
- Consider the prologue
- Ferguson wrote the biography of Guardiola and road in the middle of the street outside usual tributes Director positions States, near reprimand the man was asked to praise. "It was a big club and it will not be better for him wherever he goes. Go to another club will not take any pressure on him or reduce the level of expectation around him. Why? Why you decide to leave? If you look at Madrid, who won five European Cups in the 50s and early 60s, there is no reason why they could not do the same with Barcelona. This, to me, would be a personal motivation. "Conclusion Ferguson, that he was" stupid "by Guardiola.

hopes for the decline of the club was marked as out of bounds
It was May 2010 and Randy Lerner was his court in the pub Holte, an iconic Aston Villa benevolent owner had spent ? 4 million restoration of an early manifestation of his generosity. Villa finished sixth for the third consecutive season and felt that with Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City becoming major players in the Midlands club had reached a glass ceiling. Lerner, however, agree. "I'm not sure if the game is over in terms of catch or make us better," he said.
It was the last time Lerner gave a press conference at the Villa. His words have a hollow ring to them now. These days are closer to Villa Championship Champions League. They flirted with relegation in 2010-11, under Gerard Houllier, finished just two points above the relegation zone last year during the term of Alex McLeish miserable, and the face of a great battle maintain their status as Premier League in the first season of Paul Lambert, who began with great optimism, but it has become nothing less than a disaster.
Villa, who make the short trip to West Brom on Saturday, is third in the bottom of the Premier League and, to put it bluntly, playing down of football. Queens Park Rangers have only scored in what some (17) and reading conceded that a greater number (42). Perhaps most damning of all, Villa collected only 30 points in his last 38 games, which is a point behind QPR, who went 16 games without a win earlier this season, and 13 points lower than any other Premier League club.
Capital One Cup, which promised to deliver much-needed good news when Villa were drawn up to deal League Two Bradford City in the semifinals, threatens even more shame if no Lambert player can cancel the humiliating 3-1 defeat they suffered at the parade of the valley in the first inning. The second step takes place at Villa Park on Tuesday and is followed by a link awkward in the fourth round of the FA Cup Millwall on Friday night and the Premier League match at home against Newcastle important fellow wrestlers four days later. There seems to be a period of the season set, especially with the window open and the transfer of Villa desperately need new players to breathe new life into a struggling team and inexperienced.
Aa> All clubs go through ups and downs, but sharp decline in recent years, Villa feels more alarming because of the huge amount of money was pumped Lerner during his reign six years to fund the considerable expense in transfer fees and wages in particular. According to the latest set of accounts for Reform Acquisitions Limited (RAL), held Lerner, owner of the Villa and a number of related companies, the total payroll in the 2010-11 season totaled ? 83 million, which was ? 25m more than Everton equivalent of the company. Club net transfer spend over the last five years is fourth in the Premier League behind Manchester City, Chelsea and Stoke. But despite these figures, the Villa is in the wake of clubs like Albion, Norwich and Swansea, who have done much better over the last 18 months, even if they operate on a completely different level financially.
Villa finished 16th last year, which was also its final position when David O'Leary was commissioned in 2005-06, the season before the appointment of Lerner and Martin O 'Neill as manager. The average attendance in 2005-06 was 34,111 compared to 34,084 today. Villa, in other words, are back to square one on the field and in the stands, it must be difficult to accept when Lerner reflects on 200 euros invested and think back to the time when the club was chasing a place in the Champions League with plans to increase capacity to 50,000 at Villa Park. Lerner rarely seen in the city these days - since his divorce Much of their time is spent in the United States, showing the most matches live TV signals - for despite already stressed that his absence on game days should not be interpreted as evidence that he has lost interest and intent to sell. Knows and respects the history of Villa and his affection for the club extends beyond the lion rampant taken from the club crest, which is tattooed on his right ankle. The end result, however, is that for all the good intentions Lerner has made some bad decisions at the Villa and paid dearly for them. was a mistake to let Steve Stride, operations manager of the football club and a highly respected administrator who worked for Villa for 35 years, leaving less than 12 months after the takeover was completed . We can say that the biggest mistake of judgment Lerner, however, was to ignore the contribution that an athletic director or coach could have done throughout his reign, particularly the American n ' had no experience of managing an English football club. Lerner hope that their investment will lead to qualification for the Champions League and the club was near. Some big names worked - the club received ? 25 million more for Stewart Downing, Ashley Young and James Milner of what they paid - but other costly acquisitions, including Curtis Davies, Marlon Harewood, Steve Sidwell, Nicky Shorey and Habib Beye, did not. At the end of the 2009-10 season, Villa finished runners-up to Manchester United in the Carling Cup and were in contention for fourth place until the last two games before losing Tottenham. Other factors that football may have been involved, but at the time of holding salary account amounted to ? 80 million, which represents 88% of its turnover.- Despite three consecutive sixth place finishes in the league, Martin O'Neill comes five days before the start of the 2010-11 season, and later claimed constructive dismissal. Villa agreed to a settlement with seven digits O'Neill a court, which is one of many payments
This disorder was aggravated by the fact that the absence of a sporting director means that the equipment is checked every time you make a new appointment because the recruitment strategy of the player is dictated by the time director. Villa, therefore, have gotten into a situation where players are signed by high costs and given lucrative contracts, only to gamers even be quickly discarded or abandoned - Jean Makoun, Alan Hutton, Shay Given, Stephen Warnock and Darren Bent has signed for a club record ? 24m by Houllier, come to mind - when you change the manager. It is an expensive way to a football club. For an example of how the role of sporting director may work well for a club in the Premier League, Villa look no further than his opponents on Saturday, who, despite having had three directors in recent years, as many have made some changes to a team game that is balanced and mounted at a fraction of the cost. Albion made a profit of ? 9m in its last set of accounts covering the 2010-11 season. Villa holding lost a record ? 54m this season and the club finished one point ahead of Albion. Last year, Albion came tenth places, six above Villa. In summer, Villa spent more than 20 million pounds transfer budget of Albion was the lowest in the Premier League. Albion are currently seventh and Villa 18.

Volume of sales highlights difficult profession has witnessed administrators through Jessops, HMV and Blockbuster
fears that Britain is headed by triple dip intensified Friday amid news of a poor Christmas for retailers and concerns that cause snowfall in closing economic future date.
Cityanalysts pencil in a small decrease in domestic production for the last quarter of 2012, after the publication of official data show that the volume of retail sales decreased by 0.1% between November and December and 0.6% between the third and fourth quarters of 2012.
But there was also speculation that the arctic weather gripping much of the United Kingdom would lead to a repetition of the factories have closed and empty shopping malls in the end of 2010, which contributed to a temporary decrease in activity.
"Given the ability of the UK to stop, even with a snowflake came at a very fragile UK economy, adding to the headwinds that are already struggling against it as try to avoid triple dip recession, "said Howard Archer of IHS Global Insight." Over and snow conditions last glaciation, more disruption of economic activity, and the risk that the first quarter of 2013 contraction GDP observed after a renovated bathroom in the room probably modest quarter of 2012. "

The blows keep coming to Blackpool. Recovery after the departure of not one but two directors since the fall championship club were denied victory over Fulham by not one but two goals here. Kieran Richardson, Martin Jol has saved a painful defeat with a 90th minute equalizer before stun Fulham Brede Hangeland headed in the fourth round involuntarily with penalties looming.
Fortune was certainly on the side of Fulham Fylde coast where, despite an early dominant survived several crises to ensure a trip to Manchester United and West Ham. "We showed a lot of character, but we need more urgency in the head," admitted Jol, whose decision to rest Dimitar Berbatov left Fulham as lacking ingenuity, quality and insight that its supporters must be scared. "We had good chances in the first half and there is a responsibility [the strikers] to take the pressure off the team. Earlier in the season we were scoring goals for fun, but now we have problems. "
There is nothing wrong with Richardson 25-yard final tie in overtime with the final blow of the normal time. Blackpool, who received permission to talk to Karl Robinson MK Dons in their search for a replacement for Michael Appleton, the surprise would have created a poignant end for the second time and after the creation of openings clearer throughout extension.
81 minutes- Tom Ince and Gary Taylor-Fletcher got excellent openings directly Fulham keeper before the visitors struck again late. From one corner played by Damien Duff, Hangeland head loop on Matt Gilks ??and although the final touch that seemed to come from Cathcart. "I think it was a goal against his," said Jol. "I asked Brede and said he did not know who scored., But it's a relief."
land that has been heavily sanded in places, hardened by frost and potted with divots was not conducive to the efforts of two teams to play on the floor. But to be honest they kept trying. Blackpool pose a greater threat in the opening 10 minutes of the second half of what he has accomplished through the opening 45 and increased competition has increased. But in vain.
"It's hard to take over everything that happened," said Mr. Thompson, who reiterated his own labor demand in the Blackpool manager. "I want to be number 1 but Karl [Oyston] decision. What will be will be. "

Therefore, the Virginia Commonwealth University research confirms what we have long known: that despite spending huge amounts of money on their health care, Americans are sicker and die younger peoples other nations (report, January 11). Even more surprising is the level of ignorance in the U.S. about how terrible their health compared to other nations. We could look with pity that our own government has not been the introduction of "reforms" that leading us in a style health system that, despite all the evidence which is inefficient and bad for our health and government n ' no electoral mandate. If we want a referendum on Europe, we will have in the "reforms" of the NHS.
United States research is particularly interesting because it shows that even the privileged rates evil white American middle class. Everyone has a health system in which all our resources - and everyone suffers when our health is at the thank you speculators. In Britain, we have built a welfare state based on complex health care and successful socialized, universal benefits and a comprehensive system of social security. How alarming that we are allowing it to be sold to the capitalist locusts. I do not know how we will tell our grandchildren.

I am very concerned about the reductions proposed by the government, which clearly intended to give the NHS to private companies. In the southwest of England, you can see the beginning of this process that 20 NHS trusts have signed a poster for the express purpose of reducing the terms and conditions of health workers. This happens at a time when the NHS is forced to make massive cuts that will affect patients. An open meeting to discuss NHS changes will take place tomorrow at the University of Bristol and Exeter is an event March 23 to keep the NHS free and in the public sector.

much attention is focused on where and when, does not suggest that the Conservatives have forgotten New Labour System Network
Sometimes I wish it had patented "The Grid", the programming tool developed New Labour in opposition and in government used to try to bring order and strategy for a wide range of activities often seemingly unrelated. Today, most large organizations and companies have some sort of system to help network coordination, discipline and strategy. Apparently, the British government led by David Cameron can not be one of them, however, or if this is the case, do not do a good job fulfilling its main strategic objective - reducing the deficit - by which is not doing a very good job of organizing.
former right hand of Cameron, Steve Hilton, seems to blame the government. His criticism, an organization determined to do their own thing and ignore the needs and demands of Ministers, it seems far from reality. My experience is that if the public has a clear advantage, based on clear principles and thought through planning, not so bad on delivery.
This did not, with or without Hilton at number 10 in all, this is the obvious advantage since Cameron became Prime Minister. Instead, he recovered in the sense of confused changing priorities, and learned to follow the example of a Prime Minister who always puts forward the tactics of strategy.
The network should always speak with a clear strategy, modernization, in our case, in the case of Cameron ...? Priorities must be clear. Once that happens, decide how much space in the overall planning of the government to issue to A or B becomes relatively simple. This is what the system was. The main event, which is split at the top of lists of planning the day, I was talking to one of our key strategic objectives. Otherwise, why are we doing? As the system within departments have stopped obvious questions. They knew the answers because they understood strategy.
It took time to become embedded in the system, and the public has been an important part of it. Shortly after the elections in May 1997, I asked the Cabinet Secretary, Sir Robin Butler, if I had the right to make changes in governmental activities in the media. "Yes, we expect," he said. When, later set up a strategic communications unit, and appointed a public officer to perform the network full-time, with one person in each department liaison with him, it was a cultural change for many, but to lead a policy of "opening for maximum confidence" that has managed to get a buy-in most departments most of the time we tried to do.
- The remarkable saga of European discourse Cameron reveals the extent to which this system does not seem to be the case. Regardless off # 10, # 10, the interior seems to have an idea about the answers to some fundamental questions.
