More review coming soon.
This bag is very cute, but impractical. It barely fits a Lean Cuisine and is too small for a typical lunch. I have only been using it a couple months and the velcro closure has worn out to the point that it opens when carrying it by the handle. Not worth the money.
I bought this for my daughter to take lunch to school. This bag is made of VERY rigid padded plastic. I was expecting a softer, more plyable material. The problem with this is that if the bag is half full, you can't fold it down half way to take up less space. And when it's empty, you can try to fold it down to tuck it away into a bag, but the rigid material just wants to spring back up into it's original shape. Ironically, it's also not very durable. Maybe if it were softer, it would be. But the hard, rigid material can actually "break". There are a couple small holes in my daughters and will likely need to be replaced before the end of the school year.
I bought this thinking (a) I could put it in my purse, and (b) keep my lunch cool, without using a refrigerator at work.
Well, the material is very, very stiff, so it is not like a paper bag, in that you can not crush it after it is empty to shove in a purse, and it keeps its form as shown on the picture, which makes it rather bulky for even a large purse, such as I carry around.
Secondly, the isolation is weak at best. My string cheese practically "cream" Cheese it was time for lunch tote only 4 or 5 hours.
The design is cute (though the colors are not true to what is pictures), but it didn't suit my purposes at all.
