GameStop to offer online pass warnings for used games

California-based GameStop stores will have to warn buyers of second hand game downloadable content announced as open may require an additional purchase, in settlement of a class action lawsuit filed against the seller for his alleged involvement in "fraudulent and deceptive practices."
