We love this simple but effective appeal to young children about vegetables - which does a great talking point for a healthy diet

from the archives of The Guardian newspaper this resource has a letter writer and journalist Arthur Ransome (Swallows and Amazons of the glory) in writing to the Manchester Guardian editor CP Scott. This is an ideal resource for studying issues such as the International Workers' Day (in the morning in the UK) and the Russian Revolution as Ransome reported from there for the Manchester Guardian.
