the second part of the review of amateur observers of the network to date 2011-12 season
VALENCIA: 8 / 10
Richard and David Holmes, Observer reader After years of the average, at best, was refreshing and euphoria in seeing a well drilled , hard work and sometimes very exciting team crest of the wave. The dealers had a death field day at the outputs of Nolan, Barton and Jose Enrique, but the legs fresh, new life was injected into the courtesy of our team in French Foreign Legion - and the costumes famous spirit Forged in the championship shows no signs of dissipation. To get to December, only surpassed by Manchester City was simply outstanding. However, recent injuries have highlighted the fragility of our team - especially on defense - which should have been addressed in the summer. And there need to spoil the feel-good factor to rename St James Park Arena Sports Direct
Star Man
Captain Marvel, Fabricio Coloccini, has emerged as a player ambassador, manager and club. Ashley would be crazy to pass up Flop
Gabriel Obertan has a lot of speed, but lacks the confidence and the final pass to the dock right belongs to them.
Uncle
Alan Pardew 10.08 has won over his doubters impressive tactical and organizational skills. Although the replacement of the popular Hughton, who has kept the players off-side, too.
Who needs him to sign?
halves of the center, covered full-back and a striker - is likely to speak French and have not heard of them! It is also vital that cling to our best players. NORWICH: 8 / 10

far the season has been better than anyone had a right to expect, we have overcome the mortals and simply - Manchester City Apart - took place against those of our own on a higher plane . And score goals, right to the whole team, too
Star Man As General Paul Lambert, "the first team without stars" philosophy, not an argument for suggesting that the the Canary Islands, usually the team's performance overshadowed the efforts of a single individual. He pushed, I would like to offer Russell Martin, whose switch inside full-back to play the ball, always speak midfield worked a treat.
Flop
no real fault of his own James Vaughan, whose miserable run with knee injuries have limited impact on the process.
Uncle
Paul Lambert10.9 His reputation as one of the brightest games administratively young things further improved his time in the elite. The 4-2 home victory over Newcastle saw mostly tactical said. Buy-wise again just a faux pas, the attitude of young, hungry and Britain, have never failed to Norwich and tastes of summer signings of Bradley Johnson, Anthony Pilkington and Kyle Naughton side are not lacking in on any capacity.
Who needs him to sign?
The name that makes sense is the Liverpool striker Dani Pacheco. The loan at the end of last season, the guy who seemed to love Norwich - Norwich and loved
QPR: 7 / 10
Adam Boxer
qpr.vitalfootball.co.uk is very different from the way I could be the beginning of the campaign. The introduction of the President, Tony Fernandes and caliber of the most talented player has seen a lot to raise the bar of the aspirations of the season, but for me safety should remain the main objective.
Star Man Alejandro Faurlin led to the Premier League like a duck to water. His vision and passing ability combined with a work ethic allowed him to glide smoothly in the first division.
Flop Adel Taarabt did the opposite. It was considered very accurate due to its wide range of talents, but his temperament was always going to be the center of attention. Get bus home to Fulham and throwing a tantrum on W12 many'll see come January, with a heavy heart from my point of view because of its dramatic past efforts.
Uncle
Neil Warnock, 8 / 10
demonstrated once again how much I is a great leader for this club, both on and off the field. I do not think I was happier with the manager of Queens Park Rangers, and always ask me if it's a tactical decision, I change my views soon.
Who needs him to sign? experienced professionals in the Premier League are well adapted to the current configuration. Of course, one before and some advocates are essential, but the team could use to strengthen the position in almost all the Rangers if they are to put in a level.
STOKE: 7 / 10

enter a season with a burden in the form of the Europa League, which was always going to be a challenge for us. I think we did very well until the last game to beat our group in Europe with an unbeaten record to qualify with a game to play, and sitting in a relatively comfortable mid-table position in the Premier League. Yes, we had our hiccups, but we showed character.
Star Man
Matty Etherington. His pace, agility and creativity are an asset to the left. He has incredible control of the ball and has the ability to bend a free kick or a corner with a precision dangerous, something that the greatest defenders of the struggle to deal with
Flop
Huth stalled on the right side after the arrival of Woodgate and Upson, but did not quite match the pace with agile little wing, and its main characteristic is to attack the corners in place.
UncleTony Pulis
10.08
A managergreat man of great vision for Business and honest ambition. It is slowly building a name for himself, leading the players to a position of great table in the Champions League and keep the best conditions for the Premier League.
Who needs him to sign?
I always liked the look of Morten Gamst Pedersen, and not just because it is a public range. You can play center and wing, which is something we need.
SUNDERLAND, 8 / 10
Peter Sixsmith, Observer reader my mark would have been a two until the change of manager. Up to six minutes before the end of the Blackburn game this season has been nothing but pessimism. Then a terrible blow David Vaughan, followed by Seb Larsson free-kick gave the third win and hope that the launch of the campaign.
Star Man Stéphane Sessegnon has been consistently good and Larsson has scored some spectacular goals.
Flop John O'Shea has been a disappointment so far.
Uncle
Martin O'Neill
- Who needs him to sign?
- Team
- O'Neill has inherited is too heavy with central defenders, midfielders and former Manchester United players, while the light of creativity, width, pace and corrective . He has one month to assess what is needed.
- SWANSEA: 8 / 10
Kevin Elphick,
Swansea.VitalFootball.co.uk A great start to our first season in the history of the Premier League. Given that come in a short space of time, with our limited resources and finances, it is surprising that we are 11 in the table at this stage is about half. Some poor defensive performances away from home prevented us from getting more points and it is in the upper half of the table, but you can not have too many complaints.
